The 2008 Asian Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships were held in Hong Kong from July 15-20.

This DVD, the second of three from this event, features the 25th Asian Women Bodybuilding, the 5th Asian Body Fitness and 10th Asian Ms. Fitness Categories:

Women Bodybuilding

- 49kg, with winner Wong Kwan Ping (Hong Kong)
- 52kg, with winner Lo Kit Ming (Hong Kong)
- 55kg, with winner Liang Yue Yun (China)

Women Body Fitness
- 160cm, with winner Anna Kapkaeva (Kazakhstan)
- 160cm+, with winner Roongtawan Jindasing (Thailand)

Women Fitness
- 160cm, with winner Olga Votchal (Kazakhstan)
- 160cm+, with winner Roongtawan Jindasing (Thailand)

Each of these categories start with scenes from the pre-judging round, showing all participating athletes. The final round features the individual posing routines from the finalists, comparisons, posedown and victory ceremonies.
